SKM 60

FEATURES OF SKM-60

SKM-60 Extrusion Type Kerb Paver Machine works on the extrusion principle, in which concrete is fed into the hopper and forced through a mould to form the required shape.

  • SKM-60 works on extrusion principle. Concrete is fed to hopper and forced through a mould to form the required shape.
  • SKM-60 can extrude excess of 550 lin. mtrs. Kerbing per day at minimal capital cost and a small crew of semi-skilled labor.
  • It is designed to lay kerbing up to 550 mm height & 700 mm width.
  • Achieves compaction by ramming mechanism instead of employing vibration.
  • No powered wheels, forward propulsion results from the opposite reaction to the ramming action.
  • Quick change mould design
  • Automatic sensor for steering and height controls that follow reference line.
  • 16 hp petrol engine/ 10 hp diesel engine drives the rugged ram operating mechanism and hydraulic pump
  • All top side covers are removable for ease of service.
  • A small semi-skilled crew can successfully operate SKM-60
  • Production depends on crew size; outputs up to 1000 lin. mtr. Per day can also be achieved.
